Media Release Waiver

I grant permission for my child to be photographed or videotaped during the above named activity. I understand that these images may be used in parish or school publications, on the parish or school website, and in other promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, and social media. I agree that these images may be used without compensation to my child or me and waive any rights or claims for damages arising from such use. I understand that these images will be used in a manner that respects the dignity and privacy of my child and will not be used for any commercial purposes.

Otorgo permiso para que mi hijo(a) sea fotografiado(a) o grabado(a) en video durante la actividad mencionada. Entiendo que estas imágenes pueden ser utilizadas en publicaciones de la parroquia o escuela, en el sitio web de la parroquia o escuela, y en otros materiales promocionales, incluyendo pero no limitado a folletos, boletines informativos y redes sociales. Acepto que estas imágenes pueden ser utilizadas sin compensación alguna para mi hijo(a) o para mí, y renuncio a cualquier derecho o reclamo por daños que puedan surgir de dicho uso. Entiendo que estas imágenes serán utilizadas de manera respetuosa, preservando la dignidad y privacidad de mi hijo(a), y que no serán utilizadas con fines comerciales.
